1. Sponsor
Latitude Shift LLC (DBA Echo Atlas), 9878 W Belleview Ave #5155, Denver, CO 80123 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
- Open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (48 states & DC) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law.
- Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
Begins 12:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) on August 4 2025 and ends 11:59 PM MT on July 1 2026. Sponsor reserves the right to shorten or extend the entry period at its sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. How to Enter
- Visit https://echoatlasgear.com during the Entry Period.
- Complete the online form by:
- Providing a valid email address;
- Selecting one social-media platform (Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook);
- Entering the username/handle used to follow Echo Atlas Gear on that platform.
- Submit the form. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.
No purchase, payment, or sharing is required to enter. Internet access required.
5. Prize
- One (1) Work-Anywhere Kit (Approximate Retail Value: US $169).
- Prize includes laptop stand, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, phone stand, international adapter, Wi-Fi repeater, cable straps, and storage pouch.
- Total ARV of all prizes: US $169.
6. Winner Selection & Odds
- Within three (3) business days after the Entry Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
- Potential winner will be notified by email. If no response within five (5) calendar days, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Shipping & Taxes
- Prize ships only to a street address within the contiguous United States.
- Allow up to four (4) weeks for delivery after winner confirmation.
- Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, social-media handle, city/state, likeness, and statements about the giveaway for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used for administering this giveaway and for marketing communications that entrants may opt out of at any time.
12. Social-Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. Entrants release each platform from any liability related to the giveaway.
13. Disputes & Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
14. Winner List
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Latitude Shift LLC, 9878 W Belleview Ave #5155, Denver, CO 80123 within sixty (60) days after the Entry Period ends.
