I. Return Policy
Echo Atlas is an online retailer of home electronics. This return policy outlines the process for returning items purchased from our store.
A. General Eligibility for Returns
- 30-Day Return Window:Â All return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of your final delivery.
B. Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or defective item).
We source products from a variety of distribution centers. The return address may vary. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions during the return process.
C. Product Conditions
Full-Kit Returns Only: To qualify, the entire Work Anywhere Kit must be returned together, in its original packaging and condition.
Defective or Damaged Items: You may request a replacement or refund for individual items that arrive defective or are damaged in transit. Provide photos and order details.
Ineligible:
- Opened items (non-defective) returned after 30 calendar days
- Missing accessories or not in original packaging
- Damage due to misuse or modification
D. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed after we receive the original product and approve the exchange. In certain cases, we may be able to send out a replacement before the return is received.
E. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@echoatlasgear.com and include the following information:
- Order number
- Description of product
- Photos of the current condition
- Reason for return
We will promptly work with you to find a resolution. If a return is required, we will provide authorization, instructions, and shipping details.

II. Refund Policy
If you are interested in a refund, please follow the Return Policy listed above first. Refunds will only be processed after we successfully process your return, including claims for all lost, damaged, or defective products.
A. Refund Amounts
- For unopened items and approved opened items, we refund the full purchase price less original shipping costs.
- If your item never arrived, you received an incorrect item, or the item is defective or faulty, we will issue a full refund including original shipping costs unless we provide a replacement product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
B. Processing Times
Once your return is approved, we will process the refund due within 5 business days. Our team will send you regular updates of your refund status.
Funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days from the time your return is approved, though timing can vary by payment provider and financial institution.
C. Payment Methods
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/debit card refunds take 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds typically process in 2-3 business days
- Other payment methods vary by provider

We also reserve the right to request additional documentation necessary to meet our guidelines, and refuse returns or refunds that don’t meet our criteria.
